From a young age I was interested in health, nutrition, and exercise, as well as honoring my spiritual health.

As I grew older, I realized how difficult finding the time and motivation for it all can be. Having experienced tremendous physical and emotional challenges in my life, I know what it’s like to balance that, while trying to nurture family, relationships, work, and life, when there just doesn’t seem to be enough hours in the day and your self care is the first thing to go.

I have been there

I’ve been where you are with health struggles and have learned the best tools and techniques that transformed my life. I can help you do the same.

Having experienced tremendous physical and emotional challenges in my life, I know what it’s like to feel like you’re spinning your wheels, trying to nurture family, relationships, work, and life, when there just doesn’t seem to be enough hours in the day. Then your own needs end up last on your to-do list.

I have what you need, and will guide you every step of the way. You don’t have to waste one more day struggling.

I am here to show you how (not just what) to live your healthiest life, help guide you to reach your goals, improve your health, and empower you to be the best version of you. It’s a whole LIFE UPGRADE!

More about me…

I’m a multiple-award-winning National Board Certified Holistic Registered Nurse and Certified Health and Wellness Coach, with Bachelors’ degrees in Nursing and Psychology. I have always had a love for people and health, and Nursing + Coaching perfectly combines the two. Currently working in the Neuroscience ICU step-down unit at Brigham & Women’s hospital in Boston, I bring holistic care to my bedside Nursing practice. I empower and educate my patients on wellbeing during their hospital care and far beyond.

Putting my passion for holistic health in action, I co-head a Wellness research project, studying the effect of Reiki therapy on nurses' stress levels, feelings of overwhelm and job satisfaction as well as the effect on patients' stress and pain levels.

I also created monthly “Wellness Days” for Nurses and hospital staff, which includes numerous holistic therapies such as breathwork, music therapy, guided meditation, yoga, reiki, aromatherapy and more.

As a Registered Nurse I see first-hand the effects of not only diet and stress on physical health, but also the intricate mind-body connection, and how it drives our entire well being. This motivates me to continuously educate myself in all areas of health and wellness, put what I learn into action, and help others to do the same!

My life’s mission is to support others in their wellness journey and have had the privilege of being featured in national and worldwide platforms such as Thrive Global, NBC, The Hub Today, Mind Body Green, Boston Magazine, Boston Common Magazine, Brigham and Women's Heart and Science, Amy Porterfield’s Talking Body Podcast, Female Founder Collective, Boston Business Women, Beginnings Magazine, 01940 magazine, and more. I also value giving back to my community as an active volunteer mentor for Lynnfield for Love, College Now and the Bobcat Mentor Network as well as various projects with Boston Cares.
